You have several easy ways to vote:

VOTE FROM HOME:

  • Sign up for an Advance Ballot - if you live in Sedgwick County, your form is available HERE. Fill out and sign the form and make sure you turn it into the Elections Office by April 1. They start mailing ballots 20 days before Election Day. Note: the voted ballot must be returned to the Election Office by 7 p.m. on Election Day. 
  • If you live in another Fourth District county than Sedgwick, CLICK HERE to fill out and advance ballot application. Remember to send your application in to your county election office ASAP.

VOTE EARLY IN PERSON:

  • The site in Sedgwick County to allow voting starting Monday, March 27, will be the County Election Office, which is in the historic courthouse at 510 N. Main in downtown Wichita.
  • The office is open for voting 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday this week and next week. The last time to vote early at the election office is from 8 a.m. to noon on April 10, the day before the election.
  • An additional 15 early voting site across the county will be open on April 6, 7 or 8. A list of those sites is available by clicking HERE.
  • You need to take a photo ID, such as a driver’s license or U.S. passport, to vote. 
  • Outside Sedgwick County: Check page 2 of THIS DOCUMENT to contact your county election office and vote early.

VOTE ON ELECTION DAY, APRIL 11:

  • Polls are open 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. If you are in line at 7 p.m., poll workers cannot turn you away. You have the right to vote!
  • You need to take a photo ID, such as a driver’s license or U.S. passport, to vote.
